What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review item descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing. If you receive an item that is significantly different from its description, please contact us and we'll work to make it right.

What condition are items in?

Each item's condition is clearly stated in the product description. We use the following condition labels:

  • New / New in Box / Sealed – Item is brand new, unused, and may be in its original packaging.
  • New with Tags – Item is new with original tags still attached.
  • Like New / Excellent Condition – Item has been used minimally and shows little to no signs of wear.
  • New – Box Has Damage – The item itself is new and unused; only the outer packaging has cosmetic damage.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We use USPS and UPS to ship all orders.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local pickup is available in Woburn, MA at no charge. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll contact you to arrange a convenient time.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Yes, all items sold on GoodFind are genuine products. We do not sell counterfeits or replicas.

Why are some items priced lower than retail?

GoodFind sources new and gently used items at great values and passes those savings on to you. You get quality products — new, sealed, or gently used — without paying full retail price.
